Look after your staff and they in turn will look after your customers.I have experience of working in both established VC backed Recruitment businesses as well as start up environments, managing the full cycle from new business acquisition and development to account management and delivery. Attracting and developing staff from trainee level through to Senior management.As a family man with 3 kids I love getting outdoors as much as possible. I can often be found standing at the side lines of a windy Rugby pitch watching my son or taking my two daughters out riding, or if Iām really lucky getting out on the golf course.
