I am a National Assistant Director of Programmes at NHS England, leading national delivery across Infection Prevention and Control. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, programme delivery and governance, supporting system‑wide improvement in quality, safety and outcomes.I bring extensive experience in national programme management, PMO leadership, business planning and assurance, working across complex stakeholder landscapes within the NHS and wider system. I am particularly interested in how strong governance, clear accountability and compassionate leadership support sustainable delivery, especially in periods of organisational change.Alongside my NHS leadership role, I am training as a counsellor and executive coach. This has deepened my understanding of human behaviour, reflective practice and the importance of psychological safety, which I actively bring into how I lead, mentor and support others.
