Gavin Ernstone started selling real estate in London, England back in 1987. With economic changes in England in the late 80’s forcing interest rates to over 18%, it became very difficult to sell homes – hence a movie via the Caribbean to Las Vegas.Gavin quickly established a foothold in the Vegas market as one of the top luxury agents with personal annual sales in excess of 2010, Simply Vegas was founded and together with partner John Gafford, they built the number one boutique luxury brokerage in Las Vegas with sales in 2020 topping $1.4 billion. With the shift in brokerage models, the importance of verticalization for brokerages is greater than ever. In order to dramatically increase profitability, Simply Vegas entered the mortgage and escrow/title industries with their brands – Clear Title and Streamline Home Loans. Thus, The Simply Group was formed.The Simply Group currently has partnerships with other top brokerages in more than 10 states that share their same ethos.Gavin is also an established race car driver and team owner. He competes for Audi in IMSA’s Michelin Pilot Challenge Series.
