As Head of Profession for Platform Engineering, I provide strategic, operational, and people leadership for a community of engineers specialising in infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and modern platform delivery. My role focuses on building clarity, capability, and consistency across the profession to ensure we deliver high-quality engineering outcomes aligned to client and organisational strategy.I’m accountable for setting the direction of capability growth, shaping the Profession’s roadmap, and ensuring our teams stay at the forefront of engineering standards and industry best practice.
