My role is inclusive of but not limited to;* Managing the high care production operation and ensuring the standards are maintained to agreed targets through effective organisation and leadership on a daily basis.* Managing up to 200 production operatives through a team of up to 20 section controllers on a daily basis.* Co- ordinating all shift activites within the production enviroment.* Managing and monitoring the optimum utilisation of labour against requirements.* Developing and mentoring the production team to ensure agreed goals and targets are achieved through KPI\'s and projects.* Promoting and encouraging an enviroment of continuous improvement.* Overseeing recruitment, initial training and development of operative within High care.
