Develop robust and scalable purification processes for antibody based therapeutics from both E.coli and mammalian feedstreams.\\\\nUnit operations including column chromatography (affinity, ion exchange, HIC, SEC), UF/DF, viral inactivation & filtration.\\\\nProcess/technical transfer to contract manufacturing organisations.\\\\nStatisical design and analysis of experiments using MODDE (DoE).\\\\nExpert in a number of AKTA systems (FPLC, Explorer, Pilot, Process) and Unicorn software.
