Working with Guardiant Health once again as they seek new growth and expansion. I am aiding with patient engagement for growing enrollment, collecting clinical screening data towards preventative care gaps, as well as optimizing the current processes within their internal systems. These systems include omnichannel outreach solutions, the Google Suite, patient scheduling solutions, and the EHR. As the team grows I have analyzed new systems in which they have interest, including Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud, and Google Dynamics; as well as created database automation for existing data.
