With over 20 years of experience in sustainability leadership, brand marketing, and innovation, I am the General Manager Sustainability for Global Lubricants at Shell, one of the world\'s leading energy companies. I am responsible for setting and driving the sustainability transformation program behind the company\'s powering progress strategy, which aims to deliver more and cleaner energy solutions for people and the planet.In my role, I develop and implement the sustainability strategy, target setting, measurement, and reporting of environmental impacts and progress. I also lead the behaviour change, capability development, and integration of sustainability into systems and processes across the lubricants business. Additionally, I leverage my expertise in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and circular economy to unlock new opportunities for innovation and growth, while reducing carbon footprints and material usage. I am passionate about collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and partners to create positive change and value for our customers, communities, and shareholders.
