In my current role as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at NBCUniversal, I support the end-to-end hiring process to help create a seamless, positive candidate experience. I partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure timely communication, organized workflows, and an efficient interview process. I am a recent graduate with a Master’s in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. My academic background also includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science and Sociology from Vassar College, with a minor in Women, Feminist, and Queer Studies.My professional interests lie at the intersection of organizational behavior, employee well-being, and systemic change. I’m particularly drawn to how workplace structures and cultures shape employee experiences, especially for those from historically marginalized backgrounds. Through my academic work and research, I’ve developed a strong foundation in organizational development, change management, employee engagement, and leadership dynamics.
