ABOUT GAVIN TOMS

I am a highly experienced, motivated and proactive Project Manager with over 10 years’ experience, working on a vast array of multi-disciplinary projects across a range of Network Rail infrastructure covering Electrical, Signalling, Civils and OLE Bonding projects, including full Station Refurbishments, Points Heating Projects, 650v Signalling Power Supplies inclusive of IMD Units (Bender), UPS systems, Intelligent Control Systems and LV distribution systems along with leading the delivery of a new VaMos Signalling Level Crossing System which was one of the first in the country. I have extensive experience delivering safe, reliable and compliant works delivered in ever changing environments and possess excellent competence / behaviours in managing projects, cost management, communicating and building solid relationships with colleagues, employees, clients and external organisations. I am fully conversant with current Network Rail Standards and have demonstrated my ability in supervising, managing and designing works at all levels throughout this tenure at Amaro.
