Hi! I’m Gavin Thier, a driven student leader with a deep passion for leadership at the intersection of finance and educational empowerment. I serve as Tennessee DECA’s Vice President of Hospitality and Page High School’s Student Body President, leading large-scale initiatives to engage thousands of students and drive meaningful impact. I’m also 1 of 315 Bank of America Student Leaders for the 2025 program, working with Special Olympics TN to support the intellectually disabled community through strategic outreach.Additionally, as the Co-Founder of Cash Compass International and the Founder of Tennessee Youth Economic Leaders, I’ve helped thousands of students worldwide improve their financial literacy through content, workshops, and community-building.With experience in market analysis, investment strategy, and social impact, I aim to pursue a career in finance where I can combine analytical thinking with purpose-driven leadership.Let’s connect!

   As Co-Founder of Cash Compass International, I help lead an international, student-ran initiative dedicated to combating financial illiteracy amongst teens. Through social media campaigns, interactive competitions, and global in-person workshops, I aim to deliver financial knowledge—such as investing, budgeting, and credit—for the next generation of adults.
