ABOUT GAVIN TEASDALE
I am a solicitor with PGS Law in our Litigation Department and became a Partner in the firm in 2022. Since joining PGS Law in 2010, I have been helping my clients solve a wide variety of contentious legal problems, including residential and commercial landlord and tenant issues, neighbour and boundary disputes, building and workmanship disputes, consumer claims, debt recovery, and other general civil litigation matters. I always aim to resolve matters quickly and effectively, including Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). I pride myself on delivering a personalised service and going the extra mile to ensure that my clients receive diligent and practical advice and assistance.I run a legal advice scheme for schools in the region, and I have been a mentor to law students at the University of Sunderland for many years. I was a proud member of South Tyneside’s BNI Cookson Chapter for ten years, and I have volunteered at the Citizens’ Advice Bureau to provide free advice to members of the public since 2012.
