As a current freshman at the University of Kentucky majoring in Business Management, I’m passionate about leadership, teamwork, and personal growth values that first took shape when I became the youngest head basketball coach at M14. Through coaching, I developed strong communication, organization, and leadership skills while learning how to motivate and manage a team effectively. I designed and implemented training programs focused on player growth, teamwork, and basketball IQ, while also managing game preparation, scouting, and communication with parents and staff.Through this experience, I strengthened my leadership, communication, and mentorship skills, motivating players to perform at their highest level while fostering a positive, disciplined team culture.
