I speak daily with Business Leaders, Head of Departments, C-Suite Execs surrounding Government Schemes and Initiatives to develop their departments and streamline internal processes.\\\\n\\\\nWe do this through several ways, the main two being: Building a Junior Talent pipeline through new recruits, whilst also developing existing staff through Entry-level to Degree/Master\'s work-based learning programmes. Developing relationships and setting up meetings to present in detail our solutions to increase client renewals and new expenditure.\\\\nThe average value for a programme we sell is - and I am currently averaging 3 - 5 deals a month.\\\\n\\\\n Business Development through existing & new business\\\\n Using Initiatives to engage the market through telephone, email, social & digital media campaigns\\\\nMaintaining Knowledge around Government Guidelines and Standards for Apprenticeships\\\\nConsulting clients on Government Guidelines & Recruitment strategy\\\\nGeneral knowledge on the specialisms we offer, including - Software, IT, Data, Marketing, DevOps\\\\nHitting Weekly/Monthly KPI\'s\\\\nForecasting accurately\\\\nSetting up meetings\\\\nPresenting to clients in meetings\\\\nMarket Referrals/Recommendations\\\\n Creating Presentations for Sales meetings\\\\n Provide reporting figures on all recruitment targets and sales pipeline\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
