ABOUT GAVIN SEAGER

Gavin has worked in the construction industry for 28 years and has a wide range of experience across many different sectors. He is currently the Business unit director for Mace MEP.Gavin’s style of leadership matches that of Mace’s core vision and values. He is highly motivated and has an Electrical engineering background he has a calm and balanced leadership style.Gavin joined Mace in March 2014 as an operations director working in the Mace MEP business unit looking after several schemes taking them from conception all the way through to completion, he was part of their strategic leadership programme and in 2018 Gavin took over the leadership of the self-delivery business, with steady sustainable growth this business successfully delivers MEP services for key strategic clients.Prior to joining Mace, Gavin worked for N G Bailey for several years where he began his career as an electrical engineer and subsequently moved through the business in different regions to Contracts manager in London. Here, he ran several projects for key London developers and was accountable and at the forefront of health, safety and behavioral management.
