As Executive Director and Board Member of Tea, I lead the operational strategy and treasury governance for a pioneering Web3 protocol designed to reward open-source developers. I’m responsible for overseeing secure treasury management, coordinating token distribution, and building the foundational systems to drive rapid decentralisation, including the future deployment of DAO-based governance. A key part of my role involves shaping and mobilising third-party commercial engagements, partnering with innovative and disruptive leaders across the Web3 ecosystem to strengthen our infrastructure, compliance, and growth. I also manage the relationship with our core technology build partner, and drive strategic initiatives that balance community incentives with long-term sustainability through clear, risk-aware operational planning.
