Provide QSHE support to the Business Unit, working closely with the QSHE Manager to drive safety, quality, and environmental standards.• Monitor and review performance, participate in management meetings, and advised on Health, Safety, and Welfare across diverse contracts.• Prepare method statements, project safety plans, and managed sub-contractor compliance from initiation to project completion.• Conduct site inspections, statutory compliance audits, and accident investigations, ensuring corrective actions and preventative measures were implemented.• Deliver tailored health and safety training, supported detailed risk assessments, and develop contract-specific objectives aligned with strategic goals.• Produce detailed reports for senior management, contributing to decision-making and performance improvements.• Play a key role in national QSHE initiatives, including strategy development, policy reviews, and supporting new contract wins and mobilisations.• Coordinate quality processes, led internal audits, and ensured compliance with ISO 45001, 9001, and 14001 standards across all documentation and systems.• Enhanced risk management processes through proactive audits, assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring safety culture advancement.
