Reporting to the Net Zero Ventures MD, the Hive Director has full responsibility for the growth of the Hive P&L. Speed of delivery is crucial and the Hive Director will be expected to quickly establish and deliver a growth strategy for the Hive business, developing new and differentiated propositions and the capabilities to compete successfully to grow market share. Whilst focused on maximising growth of the Hive P&L, the Hive Director will also be expected to ensure that we maximise opportunities to cross sell the full breadth of the Net Zero Ventures portfolio and take an integrated, comprehensive proposition to market. Develop a rapid understanding of the business, its customers, competitors, market opportunities and challenges As part of the Net Zero Ventures LT, actively participate in the development of the growth strategy and leadership of the total business Provide energy, leadership and motivation to the Net Zero Ventures team Oversee the Hive P&L, taking action to maximise performance Define, develop and implement the target operating model to fulfil brilliantly for our customers Lead the development of new and existing products and propositions based on understanding of the customer base and fundamental drivers of profitability In partnership with the Strategy Director, identify market growth opportunities for us to participate in, either directly or through commercial partnership Day to day management of pricing, customer acquisition, sales, business development and service execution Build and maintain the commercial relationships with critical partners Lead a high-performing team
