Senior Business Leader with over 20 years’ experience working within the energy industry in a variety of Leadership, Operational and Business development roles.Now Engaged in a global role aimed at expanding the Digital Consulting business within its existing hubs as well as identifying and implementing future growth locations. The role will focus on growing Woods Digital offering in areas strategically aligned to Energy, Materials, Industrial Decarbonisation & Sustainability, Digitisation and innovative technologies. Prior to working within Woods Consulting business I was a Business Development Director based in Abu Dhabi aimed at establishing Wood\'s Operations, Maintenance and commissioning business across the Middle East and Caspian regions. Due to my background I took very much an operational focus into this role focusing on the client problems and developing Wood\'s solutions to match.Earlier in my time in Abu Dhabi I was involved with project managing a number of contracts across the Middle East, including Iraq, covering Construction, Commissioning, Operations, and Maintenance work scopes. Contracts were managed for Shell, BP ROO, BGC, Exxon Mobil, Tatweer & Dubai Petroleum with a clear focus on delivering safety, quality, schedule within budget. Providing leadership, direction, and coordination to various team members across multiple contracts.
