My role as SIOP Lead, is to overlook the end to end planning of both commercial and military aircraft, by providing governance for the Demand and MPS planning processes. Manage the Planning Team and enable their correct and Efficient function as well as implement Targets, Objectives and Continuous Improvements and work with them to ensure that they are successful. Using RTX developed CORE tools, to create and implement a lean focused communication to the Production Control and Operations departments. My Resilience and Tenacity help me to thrive in the high pressure challenges that are encountered on a sometimes daily basis.
