I, along with my direct reports, manage compliance for Live and Non-Live content across Linear, OTT, FAST, and all other broadcast mediums. My role heavily involves working across Digital Technology, Commissions, Acquisitions, Sponsorship Creative, Product Placement, Brand integration’s, Advertising, Short Form content and much more-Risk assessment of Content and Technology product features workflows to ensure compliance inline with DAZN’s Editorial Policies and Regulatory Requirements globally across all of DAZN\'s regions-Experience of working on regulatory reports for submission, RFIs, responses to regulatory authorities, or other requirements to meet regulatory expectations. Managing key stakeholder relationships across the globe, with internal decisionmaker’s plus internal and external partners-Continuing to spearhead communication, both internally and externally, regarding DAZN’s compliance policy creation, implementation with frequent guidance. Producing policies for DAZN in UK, Italy, DACH, Spain, France, Poland, Belgium, Portugal, North America, MENA and Japan-Provided Commercial Communications Compliance guidance and operational strategies prior to the licensed gambling business DAZNBet. Which has launched in UK, Italy, Germany, Spain and Canada. Regularly provided expert Commercial Communications analysis and advice to the DAZNBet CEO-Training staff across the globe in regards to DAZN’s Compliance guidelines, policies and best practise for all of DAZN’s regions. Creating and amending policies, ensuring the business is complaint with all applicable regulations and legislation-Executing multi-region projects globally involving both external and internal stakeholders to mitigate risk and maximise automation.
