I am a technology leader with >20 years’ experience and an outstanding record of delivery, innovation and development for multi-billion-dollar global buy-side financial institutions.The earlier part of my career was spent as a software developer and consultant within asset management and investment banking. In 2006, I joined Marshall Wace Asset Management, contributing to their growth to over $35BN AUM, with key roles building the MW TOPS Alpha Capture System, industrialising the Quantitative Research and Market Data functions and transforming their operational environment through proprietary systems.Part of the founding team of MW Eaglewood in 2014, I headed the Technology department launching pioneering P2P fund structures and securitisations, building a strong team of passionate technologists to design and deliver an end to end investment management and trading platform.MW Eaglewood merged with Pollen Street Capital in 2017, where I’m responsible for managing all the technology (Software Development, Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, Technology Strategy and Planning, Resourcing, Cyber Security, Service Providers, Telcos and Budgets).
