Leading the food and beverage offer on the Barclays contract across the UK portfolio which includes all campus locations whilst continually connecting with key stakeholders and Directors Supporting the UK culinary teams on any food service programmes and Initiatives for retail, hospitality and events whilst working closely with our Global Wellness Leads and Nutritionists to deliver balanced menus and offers across the estate Heading up of central team responsible for all development and roll out of new dishes and recipes each month in line with our culinary calendar, to support key dates, CUX activities and client commitments Convene weekly culinary craft-based calls to connect with all Chef teams and key account managers site leaders and stakeholders to review menus and offers, recipe data base, key activities within the business, review of current legislation, food and workplace safety and Food and Beverage trends Continued work with procurement to ensure correct supply chain and products for the business Responsible for all training and development across the portfolio including stages at our partnering restaurants and local college education days Working with external specialists and restaurateur’s to create partnerships across the ISS business to enhance client and colleague experience including Doug McMaster, Lee Holmes, Glyn Purnell and Asma Khan Mobilization support of all Campus locations in the UK - Glasgow, Northampton, Radbroke and London Central in bringing the Super Labs and Labs to life across the UK for Barclays and lead the Food and Beverage offer within these and any other food spaces designed at locations throughout the UK Collaboration with the wider ISS food service teams to enable a one ISS approach including judging and supporting at the annual ICC competition in Copenhagen
