   Advise and support a caseload of 120 students with diagnosed learning differences across 12 majors •Serve as an academic liaison for students, families, and college community holding approximately 450 meetings a semester •Develop, plan, and implement Fall Arch Orientation including recruitment and training of Arch Orientation Leaders •Teach required, credit bearing DCA 100 (Campus Connections) & DCA 110 (Career Connections) classes to first year students as prerequisites to the Dean Career Advantage program •Coordinate and lead advising sessions at college sponsored functions on and off campus •Design and implement, credit bearing Dean-190 (Exploring Dean College Majors) class for all Undeclared first year students •Collaborate with Program Coordinators to develop initiatives to connect students to college, each other, and their field of study •Assist students with all aspects of career exploration, resume and cover letter development, internship selection, interview preparation and other career related activities as a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) •Serve as Staff Advisor for Dean College Chapter of Best Buddies
