The objective of the Capacity 25 Project is to provide additional m³ full containment LNG storage tank, two new vaporisers and two new ex-tank pumps, 2CL cryogenic pipeline to 2x jetties and BOG compressor, in addition to connection to existing plant.Duties: Provide leadership and be a role model to all others at the project worksites with regards to adherence to; HSE management system, HSE requirements, project rules and regulations, and all related regulatory authority requirements. Interface: on-site requirements meet project specific standards and specifications, and ensure the Contractors are aligned with the technical specifications and enforce the HSE requirements of the CAP 25 projects. Interface: attending daily project meetings, both Quality and Construction. Continually review the on-site construction and other off-site construction (as requested) activities of the Contractors in order to ensure that they are aligned with the technical specifications and the varying external technical interfaces. Ensure compliance with the latest design documents and drawings. Regular Materials inspection, and certification verification. Ensure that on-site changes in the design of the terminal are reported to management via Discipline Engineer. Trouble shooting - solve on-site construction problems during EPCC phase. Monitor and report the installation activities and preform as directed by Construction and Quality Managers, of qualifications, site inspections, surveillances and Site Acceptance Tests, progress status, including field construction inquiries for resolutions via Discipline Engineer. Completions: sign inspection documentation as requested (within delegated Limits of Authority). Completion: Check as-built documentation and records as requested by Construction Manager, Quality Manager or Discipline Engineer Daily use of Navisworks and internal IT programmes i.e, Aconex, SharePoint, MSite and Accuris.
