With a career spanning multinational corporations and startups, he has helped organizations reimagine how design fuels competitive advantage. As Senior Manager of Product Strategy at The Vanguard Group, Gavin blends research, design, and leadership to craft transformative experiences. He spearheaded Vanguard’s two-year digital transformation initiative, redefining UX strategy and strengthening cross-disciplinary collaboration. His expertise in design thinking and strategic visioning has influenced how large enterprises integrate UX at scale. Before Vanguard, Gavin co-founded two design agencies, where he specialized in visual and digital design, helping brands elevate their presence in an increasingly digital world. He has also served as a faculty member at two Philadelphia-based universities, shaping the next generation of designers. A recognized thought leader, Gavin has received multiple industry awards, including the AIGA: Philadelphia Design Awards, and has been featured in leading design publications. He has shared his expertise as a speaker, panelist, and competition judge at premier design and UX events.
