Striving to create an industry-leading, recognised branding and refurbishment business.In 2005, after leaving school, I enrolled in a sign-making course at Leeds College of Building. After completing the two-year course, I joined a vehicle branding company for 12 months but was made redundant in 2007 during the recession.To get by, we started our own business with a small benchtop vinyl cutter on a wallpaper paste table, making small keyrings and graphics for local businesses. This led to securing contracts with local councils and growing the business.With a focus on quality, I aimed to become a vehicle wrapper with immense attention to detail, completing 3M AVW, Arlon Silver Partner, and Avery Specialist Installer accreditations. We ensured health and safety requirements by joining the Safe Contractor Approval Status.With the introduction of architectural films, I completed the 3M Endorsed DI-NOC Installer training. Realising that life as an installer wouldn’t grow the business to its ultimate vision, we became more system-driven during the COVID-19 downtime, refining systems, workflows, and SOPs.We eventually moved to a new purpose-built premise, ready for the future.
