About Gavin Butler
Ever since I was a kid, I enjoyed visiting cities. The sights and sounds were always an adventure but the skyscrapers were what I took away from each trip. Each one different than the next. With this in mind, I decided to major in Civil Engineering at Purdue. Once choosing Civil Engineering, I decided I wanted to specialize in structures. My goal is to design the structures that would wow future generations and possibly get them to pursue a career in engineering.I enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results. I also enjoy seeing my projects come to life by visiting them in the field when possible.So far, I have had the opportunity to work on many different types of buildings and work in numerous different industries. Whether it is single family production homes or a new canopy for a taco shop, I have been exposed to projects with a variety of materials and applications.
