I’m most energized when working side-by-side with people — customers, colleagues, volunteers — building solutions through collaboration, not control. I’ve spent over 28 years at Swagelok Northwest (US), growing from field sales into senior leadership, and remain because I believe in the work, the people, and the values we serve by.My roles have ranged across sales, service, operations, marketing, and digital systems — with a focus on helping teams work smarter, communicate better, and stay connected to what customers actually need. I’ve worked across multiple markets, led through transitions, scaled services, and helped bring structure to strategy.Outside of work, I’ve had the opportunity to lead capital campaigns, serve on nonprofit boards, and stay active in causes I care about — from youth development to emergency preparedness. As I look ahead, I hope to step more into mentorship, service roles, and select opportunities to support organizations navigating growth and change.What drives me?
