ABOUT GAVIN H

Gavin is a Co-Founder and the Chief Information Security Officer of AmberWolf, an Attack Simulation and Risk Management consultancy, where he is also a Lead Red Team Operator. Gavin works with clients on a variety of attack simulation and technical assurance projects, as well as leading on AmberWolf\'s own security programme. He is an experienced Red Team Operator with deep understanding of Attack Simulation (Red Teaming), Microsoft Active Directory security, web application security, development lifecycle consultancy, cloud based security, general security consultancy and incident response across a wide range of market sectors, including government, financial services and software houses.Gavin was previously co-lead of the UK Full Spectrum Attack simulation practice at NCC Group, conducting attack simulation exercises against clients across financial services, central government, manufacturing, transport, industrials and telecommunications. As well as this, Gavin assisted in all aspects of engagement planning, supporting commercial negotiations, sales/pre-sales activities as well as coaching and mentoring people entering the team. Gavin provided leadership to a multidisciplinary team of cyber and physical security experts to allow mature organisations to understand their resilience of multidomain attackers.
