ABOUT GAVIN BELL
I am a highly skilled and experienced IT Leader with over 30 years experience. I have worked across a number of roles from application development & testing, system design, IT Architecture, Lead Technical Solutions Manager, Base Growth Manager (sales), Account CTO and now Enterprise Architect. I am known to be tenacious and can be hands-on where necessary to get the job done, whilst maintaining a commercial balance. My current role as Enterprise Architect, working for Agilisys to deliver a digital transformation programme for North Lanarkshire Council, involving Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform including Power BI which is the cornerstone of the BI Hub technology stack. Previoously I also worked as Account CTO, for Fujitsu to deliver IT Services to Scottish Water, was to advise on IT Strategy and to assist with the development of new business opportunities. This meant leading on 5 key projects during the latest IT Transformation Programme to simplify, modernise and reduce cost for Scottish Water. I have worked across a number of industries including Insurance, Pensions, Mortgages, Banking, Retail, Foreign Exchange and Utilities.
