I am an independent consultant and founder working at the intersection of enterprise IT, engineering data, and digital product development.I bring over 20 years’ experience in large-scale IT service and operational environments into consultancy roles supporting engineering and asset-intensive domains, particularly pipeline and integrity-related systems. My work typically focuses on application and data boundaries: helping teams design robust data models, integration layers, and governance approaches that allow engineering data to be reused across platforms without being tightly coupled to any single system or vendor.Alongside consultancy, I am Director of Celtic3d Ltd, a design and digital fabrication business delivering advanced 3D modelling, technical visualisation, and bespoke manufactured outputs. This blends precision engineering workflows with strong design and storytelling, across both physical artefacts and digital products.I am also developing AnswerRails, a WordPress-based software product focused on compliant, auditable AI-assisted knowledge and support tooling. The emphasis is on practical deployment in real businesses: structured knowledge ingestion, transparent logging, licensing awareness, and long-term operational resilience rather than short-term automation.Across all of my work, my core strength is translating between domains: engineering and software, data and applications, physical systems and digital platforms.
