David Gauthier is an intermediate mechanical/ piping designer with 15+ years construction design related experience in a consulting engineering environment in the Piping and Mechanical disciplines and has solid Civil experience. Dave also has 5+ years of piping fabrication shop related experience. As part of these integrated Design, Construction/Commissioning/Project Management teams on various projects which include Vale furnace rebuilds, Water recycling enhancements at Glencore\'s Nickel Rim Operation, the NH3 rebuild and start up for LSB Industries, Miami Smelter, EGA Aluminum Smelter, Colonsay, K3 expansions for Mosaic and utility enhancements including commissioning of a 33 KV Power Plant for Kinross\'s Tasiast mine in West Africa. His assigned responsibilities included but were not limited to; overseeing field execution while tracking construction progress and budget, scheduling which included labor, expediting of materials and vendor support, testing preparation of final punch lists and review of all Construction and Commissioning turnover documents. He also brought forth all relevant design, construction and safety items to daily construction meetings as part of planning, resolution and maintaining a successful and safe construction site.
