I’m Gautham Girish Nair — a Computer Science Engineering student at RSET (’27), building at the intersection of technology, design, and community leadership. I don’t just join teams — I shape them, lead from within, and turn ideas into experiences that leave a mark.As Chair of ACM RSET, Treasurer of NSS, a creative force at and BRIK, and Co-Lead of the RSET Media Team, I’ve had the chance to lead with purpose across technical, creative, and strategic spaces. My work spans everything from leading subcores and managing college-wide events to designing identities, building engagement, and documenting impact through visuals.I’m also a Fellow at NxtWave’s CCBP 4.0 Academy, where I’m deepening my full-stack development skills through hands-on learning aligned with industry needs.Alongside this, I actively explore the world of cybersecurity, with a growing interest in CTFs and ethical hacking. I’m passionate about understanding systems from the inside out — whether it’s defending them, designing them, or scaling them.Design is my creative language — I bring strong visual thinking and brand storytelling into every project I touch. Whether it’s a poster, platform, or people-centered initiative, I know how to build what connects and communicates.I thrive in fast-paced environments where vision meets execution — and where every challenge is a chance to build something that matters.
