Creating repositories to have ease of access to used cases and other artifacts was a key part of my role which helped speed up the collection of content.Helped with putting together reference material, identify showcase accounts, internal assets and facilities based on the RFI/RFQ/RFP.I handled the client visit end to end right from the welcome speech, to the lamp lighting, campus tour, ushering to showcase accounts, arranged for F&B and travel.Proposal AuthoringConnecting with the core bid team to understand the deliverables.Working with the Bid Manager and other leads to identify the content such as references, assets, manpower, facilities, innovation, initiatives, used cases that will be submitted in the proposal.I actively participate in the proposal deck creation while providing inputs such as story boarding, adding apt creatives, layout design and proof reading.My role is active from the inception of the bid to the submission of the proposal and at times for the orals.This role requires me to connect with multiple teams and many leads and collect a vast amount of data which needs to be sanitized and arranged in a manner suited for the bid.
