I am a commerce graduate with over 15 years of experience in retail sales and customer service, especially in the book and stationery industry. I managed counters, handled packaging, maintained orders, and ensured timely supplies, which strengthened my communication, organization, and people skills.Alongside retail, I have 7+ years of experience as a delivery rider with companies such as Zomato, Swiggy, Ola, Uber, Zepto, Shadowfax, Porter, and currently Rapido (for the last 4 years). These roles have taught me time management, discipline, and customer satisfaction in fast-paced environments.I am also a creative learner and motivator.
