Every innovation looks obvious in hindsight. But rarely anyone comes up with ideas that could radically change the status quo for good. My experience taught me that the two most common reasons people lack creativity are 1. Habitution - The ability of human brain to pay less attention to repetitive tasks ( so people forget to question efficiency of everyday things) 2. The belief that all good ideas are already taken Pursuing a Bachelor\'s in management studies equipped me with the hard skills to work in an organization and active involvement in theatre and debating helped me understand how teams work and how to lead a group towards the best course of action. I also got the opportunity to lead teams and be creative in my approach to a given task. I realized that the solutions to the problem of lack of crativity are to 1. Question the working of logistical tasks 2. Understand that \'there will never be perfect order in this universe.\' So there is always a better way to do things. Therefore, learning should never stop. These are the two fundamental ideas I plan to base a successful professional career on.
