Leading the former Haven Tech team now building the Next Gen Underwriting platform for MassMutual. Previously led Haven Life (DTC) and Haven Technologies (SaaS) product teams. Led the complete redesign of Haven Life\'s industry-leading life insurance product and launched a number of product extensions and features to expand coverage to new segments and digitize a vast majority of the customer experience lifecycle. Built an innovative \"no code\" product - App Builder - to automate filing and implementation of new life insurance applications. Played a key role in Haven’s pivot to B2B SaaS InsurTech by driving productization, client process definition, competitive analysis, pre-sales client outreach, and RFPs.
