Hola,Currently, I am serving at AVV College-Surat as Associate Professor & I/c Principal since inception of the institute. Fortunately, I am in teaching by choice alike many passionate academicians. My journey is inspired by few of my professors who left a remarkable impression on me. My academic journey has been driven by curiosity and a constant desire to learn and share knowledge. I’ve completed two PhDs—one in Management and another in Commerce — and have been a part of academia since 2010.Before entering the teaching profession, I worked with a Media and Talent Acquisition company, which gave me valuable insights into how organizations function and how people grow within them. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to teach students across programs like MBA, MMS, M.Sc, BBA, M.Com, B.Com, BA, and MA (Economics) — each experience helping me evolve as a teacher and learner.My core research interests lie in brand management, covert advertising, green marketing, and higher education marketing. My research journey sparked after I completed my FDP from IIM, Ahmedabad where I got some marvelous classmates and buddies for life. Then later, I’ve published several research papers in Web of Science, Scopus, and UGC Care-listed journals, presented at international conferences in India and abroad, and even received Best Paper Awards for some of my work from prestigious institutes like IIMA. I also had the privilege of completing two research projects under the CRMS grant at IIM Ahmedabad, one of which has been published as a case study by the IIMA Case Centre.Apart from teaching and research, I’ve conducted seminars, FDPs, and MDPs, and delivered live lectures on the Government Education Channel. I also enjoy writing — I’ve authored and edited books in the field of management and marketing, and currently serve as an Associate Editor for a management journal. Additionally, I provide consultancy services to MSMEs, helping bridge the gap between academic learning and business practice.I’ve had the honour of serving as a member of the Board of Studies at Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Vanita Vishram Womens University and Bhagwan Mahavir University, and as part of the IRSSM-India Chapter. My efforts have been recognised with the “Nation Builder Award” from the Rotary Literacy Mission Club and the “Youth Icon Award” from Yuva Unstoppable NGO — acknowledgments that truly mean a lot to me.Beyond academics, I love playing cricket and table tennis, traveling, and listening to good music — these keep me grounded and refreshed.
