Draft, advise, review, and finalize various customers contracts and termination notices (TPA for B2B and B2C), distribution contracts, obligor services contracts, insurer contracts, local adherence contracts, NDAs, and vendor contracts (Repair partners, resellers, large format retailers, logistics partners, bulk device purchases, IT/cloud platform services, SOWs, and addendum) for overseasregions;Draft, advise, review, and finalise the T&C for resellers for the UAE region;Draft, advise, review, and finalise investor and non-investor NDAs for India region;Collaborate and coordinate with business, finance, IT, cybersec, service delivery, customer team, and management teams for the drafting, reviewing, and finalisation of the above contracts for overseas regions;Review and finalise various categories of data processing agreements in conjunction with the DPO for overseas third;Reconciling and preparing the MIS of executed data processing agreements in conjunction with the DPO on the OneTrust platform for overseas regions and coordinating with overseas business teams to execute the data processing agreements for overseas third parties for whom the execution is required;CCPS, Equity, and NCD Series-Draft, finalise, and execution of pre-close and post-close transaction documents (SSA, SPA, DLs, DoA, SNs, CP, CS notices, etc.) with standardisation of funding documents;Coordinate with the North America customer happiness team, the Servify team assigned to Samsung, and apprise Head Legal and management of any customer complaint mails in conjunction with Head Legal;Draft, advise, review, and finalise the appropriate documentation (recovery, termination, etc.) to be sent externally to the customer/Samsung in conjunction with Head Legal;End-to-end in-house management of assigned consulting, arbitration, and IP matters; andAssist the finance team in drafting and executing management letters and quarterly compliance reports to Axis Trustee Services for NCDs.
