Led the data science project for customer Engagement using stats and machine Learning algorithms.\\\\n- Leverage the Random Forest and Clustering technique to built the model to predict the propensity of customer to buy a product.\\\\n- Designed the measurement of Campaign to analyze the success of campaign. Keys KPIs are Participation rates, Redemption rate, SCR, Total sales, Total Unit, Total Visits, Sales uplift during campaign period. Replace the rule based techniques with Ancova.\\\\n- Designed the Event Level, Offers Level and Long term controls and Automate them.\\\\n- Led the project on e-commerce data for retailer through NLP. Perform the sentiment analysis of the reviews given by customers. Built the predictive model to predict whether customer will recommend the product or not. Used the word embeding Techniques like Bag of Words, TF-IDF and Word2Vec to convert the corpus into vector.\\\\n- Worked on building multiple segmentations like Shabit, Long Term Loyalty, Brand Loyalty and Price sense. Utilized these segmentation data in key projects like loyalty migration of the customers over time.\\\\nWorked on descriptive and predictive based recommendation. Built the dashboard for descriptive based recommendation and Insights.\\\\n- Built the offer recommender solution to enhance the offer pool of retailer which helped to improve the participation and redemption rate of campaigns on YoY basis.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
