Developing early and full economic assessments for brands using cost effectiveness, cost utility, cost consequence, cost minimization, budget impact, and other techniques, as appropriate• Support HEOR modeling activities by leading additional activities such as indirect comparisons, network meta-analysis, individual patient level data analysis, utility mapping studies, RWE support etc.• Accountable for quality, timelines and tracking KPI metrics for all modeling deliverables from the cardio-metabolic (ASCVD, heart failure, hypertension etc.) and solid tumor franchise (breast cancer, NSCLC, melanoma, glioma etc.) and responsible for the personal and professional development of all associates aligned to them• Liaising with market access, evidence generation, RWE and other medical/commercial sub-functions to gather relevant insights to enhance quality for all deliverables• Communicating the model results to global and country clients via technical reports, user guides, and slide decks and externally through manuscripts and poster presentations • Responding to ad-hoc requests from the HE & OR Program Directors to support daily needs for HE models and assessments that can support brand value evaluation• Working closely with the HE & OR Franchise Heads and Clinical Science Units, as required, to gain greater insight in upcoming disease indications and standards• Participating as a full-time or ad-hoc member of core modeling teams to drive modeling excellence• Ensuring coaching & mentoring of new joiners and existing members of the team in alignment of their development needs • Driving innovation in deliverables and processes to ensure continuous improvements and improved efficiency of modeling outputs
