Reporting to Manager (Integrated Logistic Control Center Operation-4PL).*Provides data/information to management (LCC Operation-4PL) in support of data-driven decisions.*Responsible for managing carrier SOPs & 3PL WI and autonomously manage partner performance*Accountable for export shipment forecast analysis, planning & visibility & Monitoring, Track & Trace, Freight bill audit process & Documents Validation based on trade term.*Preparing Transport Order, Shipping instruction, Fumigation Certificate, E-Way bill, Container-release documents & invoices as per requirement (ZF5/ZF8).*Co-ordination with overseas Site/Market/LSP for smooth operation before allowing packages to leave facility.*Maintaining updated database of all shipments deliveries and returns.*Responsible for shipment booking, Green light approval, Docs & BL validation, Shipment Pre-alert sending.*Assist with improvements to all IT system enhancement projects related to transportation
