My role involves crafting compelling content, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing digital strategies to enhance the organization’s online presence. Additionally, I build grassroots networks and conduct surveys to gather insights on social, political, and caste dynamics across Bihar.Alongside my role at Jan Suraaj, I am also working with the Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC) as a Digital Communication Professional for the Bihar network. My responsibilities include creating content for WhatsApp groups, building networks, and executing ground-level surveys and polls to understand social, political, and caste dynamics throughout Bihar. My skills in social media advertising, content writing, and media relations have proved to be valuable assets in my role.My skill set includes social media management, sales and marketing, communication, decision-making, customer handling, emotional intelligence, networking, content writing, media relations, research and insights, influence, engagement, campaign management, MS Office, and Google Sheets.
