Develop & Modify automatic welding programs for (POLYSOUDE/ORBIMATIC) orbital & lathe welding machines up to 4”Dia. Well versatile to use LEAN TOOLS for quality performance enhancing like 6-Sigma, 8D,VSM,3P,AWO,SGA. Well versatile to handling the Creep strength enhanced –Ferritic alloy steel like –T/P-91,T/P92,T/P-23) Well versatile to handling the Stainless Steel, Duplex, Inconel, Titanium steel like –YT-304H/TP-347H/TP-316/TP-308/SB-265-GR-2/Hastalloy-C276/Monel-SB-575. Prepare weld maps, Weld plans, heating instructions (PWHT) for panels, loose tubes, Reheater, Super heaters, headers. Check & review the stage inspection documents before PWHT ( like MPT,DPT,UT) & reviewed from CIB & client as per ITP Review PWHT charts & check job visually after PWHT. Prepare estimation & costing sheet for electrode consumption. Check weld-visual before taking to radiographic inspection. Analyses efficiency of various welding process & welders, in order to boost up productivity. Prepare, analyses & control monthly, quarterly repair %, repair cost, time lost to increase productivity. Prepare root cause analysis report in 8D (RCA) for all welding processes & take necessary action. Preparing daily work plans for,visual inspection,radiography of weld joints & interpretation of radiographic films. Control calibration of welding Machines, Baking & Holding ovens used in shop floor. Well versatile in Manufacturing of Separators, Spiral Panels, Bend Panels, Straight Panels, Transition Panels, Coal Burner, FGRS,Headers & Piping,Economiser /Reheater/Super heater Coils.
