About Gautam Jee
As a Performance Analyst at IBM, I collaborate with a team of experts to design, test, and optimize high-performance systems. Leveraging my experience with x86, Power Systems, AMD64, AIX, and Linux, I create realistic scenarios and do benchmarking, and also perform in-depth performance analysis to identify and resolve bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and system-level issues.Prior to IBM, I contributed to nation-building initiatives at CDAC as a Project Engineer, developing a virtual e-Laboratory under the Future Skills Development Program by MEITY, Govt. of India. I also gained valuable industry experience as a Co-op Engineer at AMD, where I developed tools to assist with profiling and analysis.With an M.Tech in Computer Science from NIT Silchar, I bring a solid academic foundation—my thesis focused on Software Defined Networking (SDN), where I compared performance metrics of leading SDN controllers.I have qualified GATE twice, placing in the top 3% nationwide, and remain deeply passionate about learning emerging technologies and driving continuous improvement in software performance and quality.My mission is to apply these expertise to solve complex technical challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
