I’m a Software Engineer with 8 years of experience in the field, including backend, frontend, and DevOps. I am managing a team of 15 people and taking care of the DevOps too. I am currently working at Microsoft, as a full-stack developer.I was a Chief Technology Officer at Leanpitch and architected the Leanpitch app which has more than 20K users. I started my career as a frontend developer and worked on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as on frontend frameworks which include ReactJS (Gatsby and NextJS) and Angular.I started working on the backend from PHP and then Ruby on Rails. After that, I also worked on the Python framework Django.I am also an ICAgile Certified Professional - Foundations of DevOps (ICP-FDO) trainer and have conducted more than 5 training.

Leading the team, making sure we deliver with high quality in a timely manner. Led project planning and execution to meet a strict Microsoft security compliance deadline, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery by coordinating effectively with the team and maintaining a strong focus on security standards Worked on the optimization of auth service to reduce the API time taken from 10-20 secs to less than 5 sec. Took an initiative to have a design discussion for our team. Fixed a release pipeline which was not setup correctly, for our UI and also enabled accessibility insights for our app which keeps check to make our app accessible to everyone. Onboarded our team to RAMUS for watchdog alerts for our services. Built an end to end audit tool for my project, single handedly worked on the design, architecture and completed it for 16 items. Working closely with the project manager to filter out the things to be worked on for the next sprint. Participated in multiple hackathons, on openAI. Apart from my current project working on multiple org level initiative spans across multiple teams eg: Inclusion CoPilot, Live Site Review. Working on a tool ADO Test Co-Assist which helps automating E2E test cases end to end utilising AI capabilities to generate automated test cases.
