I am an engineer with 23 years of experience in talent development, OD & Leadership. I hold a post graduate certification in business management from Indian School of Business and am a certified International culture coach. After working across many industries from telecom, insurance, banking, hospitality, digital marketing, consulting, healthcare & technology I’ve realised that it’s really crucial to take decisions & be accountable. It’s not the hours you put in but the priorities you set that defines success. It’s been a rollacoaster, not a joy ride. Almost all the time I’ve felt like giving up only to realise that impossible is yet to experience. I believe in keeping it simple, working collaboratively, in a win-win, to challenge with reasoning, to plan as much possible, listen to understand & to always talk/ converse.
