I currently lead solutioning, presales and stakeholder management for Thomson Reuters\' Tax and Accounting solutions across India, South East Asia and MENA. My key responsibility is leading finance and tax automation opportunities with SSCs/ COEs/ GBS as well as Corporates. I have extensively worked on conceptualisation and execution of the Shared Services initiative for Thomson Reuters (starting from India), which is now a Global Growth Initiative.I regularly interact and manage relationship with client stakeholders across geographies and functions to understand their processes, identify exposures/ risks/ saving opportunities and build value for technology fitment to overcome these. This has made me adept at handling multiple projects effectively, as well as working efficiently with a team + leading a team. I have also led partnership and alliance discussions with consulting firms as well as SIs overseas and in India + joint go-to-market with such Partners.I am a certified #IamRemarkable facilitator, a Google initiative empowering women and other underrepresented groups to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond.My areas of interest are client relationship management, sales/ presales, cultivating alliances, consulting, solutioning, transformation projects, business development or similar fields. I also have a knack for storytelling that I can translate well into stakeholder messaging!
