As a Technical Project Administrator I am responsible for coordinating and driving projects that strengthen the organization’s infrastructure resilience and security posture. Below you will find a summary of my responsibilities- Plan, manage, and deliver security and infrastructure risk-related projects from initiation through closure- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations- Under the direction of security leadership, support efforts to identify, assess, and track risks related to infrastructure and information security- Work with cross-functional risk management and compliance colleagues to ensure projects meet regulatory requirements (e.g, PCI DSS, NIST)- Support the implementation of controls and processes that mitigate technology and information security risks- Partner with IT, security, compliance, and business leaders to ensure alignment on project objectives and risk priorities- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to senior stakeholders- Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and risk assessments with cross-functional teams- Produce regular status updates, risk dashboards, and project reports for leadership- Ensure documentation of risk treatment plans, control implementations, and compliance evidence- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project and risk management methodologies- Responsible for the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) reporting including compilation and filing of the PCI DSS Self-Assessment Questionnaire- Participate in the disaster recovery and business continuity planning and documentation. Works with key business units to ensure that plans are in place and updated accordingly- Maintains current knowledge of regulations and updates risk mitigation policies annually to reflect current best practices.
